Well Hey! Thanks for taking the time to follow me and my travels this summer! But you want to know a little bit more about me and why I'm doing this? Well sure!
I'm a Southern California Native who has just recently graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. My whole life I have been fascinated by theme parks and water parks. Everything from the roller coasters, the themeing, the operations and the clientele. Since before college I knew I always wanted end up in some sort of field that would allow me to spend all my time around them.
Waterparks have been my passion for a number of years where I have worked at different parks over the past 5 years in operations type rolls (Life-guarding, foods and supervision). Well, this summer I was given the awesome opportunity to be able to travel extensively throughout the US and audit waterpark's. Pretty cool right??? That's what I think too. While I wont be able to do this forever, its a pretty awesome way to celebrate my graduation.
My travels are alone, and much of what youl see on this site is where I have been and what I have experienced.
Posts will be out hopefully 3 times per week. (I'm looking at Monday, Wednesday and Friday). I want to make sure that the posts that go up are quality, and have a great reflection on what I have done. So if you do not see a post one day, don't be disappointed! I will be sure to have it up soon!
With that in mind, I have a few general notices:
1. Anything you find on this site, whether photos, videos, or just text, are my views and positioning and do not reflect my employer, the people I meet, the towns I visit, or the parks I visit.
2. You wont see me post anything about my actual work here, so in the like please dont post anything about my work here either. Feel free to email me with the section at the bottom if you have questions.
3. Any negative comments or bashing will not be tolerated and deleted promptly.
4. Please dont post my personal information (or others) on this site if you my chance have it. If you choose to post your own infomation that is at your own discretion, and I will not be held liable if anything is to come of it.
All in all, please enjoy my postings, and if you ever have any questions, please ask! I find it a lot easier to write things when I know people are interested in what I am doing.
